Terms and Conditions for Rival Hotel Amman

1. Introduction

By accessing and using the services provided by Rival Hotel Amman (“the Hotel”, “we”, “our”, “us”) on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

2.1. Reservations can be made online through our website.
2.2. All bookings are subject to availability.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 24 Hours before the scheduled check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

3.1. Check-in time is from 14:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
3.2. Late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests.
4.2. Any damages to the property or its assets caused by the guest will be charged to the guest.

5. Specific Policies

5.1. Separated swimming indoor pools are available for Gentlemen & Ladies.
5.2. Pets are not allowed.
5.3. The breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant from 7:00 am till 11:00 am.
5.4. Hard drinks are not allowed and are not served.
5.5. Room accommodations will apply, with a maximum of 1 child sharing parents’ room.
5.6. Children under 5 years sharing parents’ room are free; ages above 5 to 12 are eligible for a 50% discount based on adult rates.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Hotel is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with using this website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, Amman, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan, Amman.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this page.
